why water?
The general consensus of opinion among the medical profession and nutritionist is that we should all drink6 to 8 glasses of water per day – and NO that doesn't include beer and spirits!
6to 8 glasses is about one and a half litres of 2 to 3 pints
Up to 60 percent of the human body is water, the brain is composed of 70 percent water, and the lungs are nearly 90 percent water. About 83 percent of our blood is water, which helps digest our food, transport waste, and control body temperature.We lose more water than you’d think just by breathing. The busier and more active we are, the more we need to drink to replace the lost fluids.

So the guy who's always drinking water in your office might also be the one who's the busiest!
