...whats the catch?
There isn't one, but like most things...to protect both parties there has to be some terms and conditions...they're as follows...
Your claim must be received in writing, together with the supporting evidence, within three months of your lease agreement with us being signed
The equipment must have been advertised within two weeks of the date of your claim
The equipment must be of similar specification. ie., if we have provided a hot and cold cooler, the advertised product should have the same featuresThe offer does not include any auctions, special offers, internet, sale items, or secondhand or refurbished products.
The offer applies only to equipment supplied by ourselves on a lease basis.
The refund will be in the form of a credit note which may be used against any products supplied by DeeperBLUE or cafe Azzurro, excluding rental payments.

but because someone has to have the final say, we'll always be fair - but in the unlikely event of a dispute our decision is final
