To place an order simply "click" on the "Buy Ingredients" category menu on the left, and then click on the type of ingredients required.

Find the precise product, and click. Images of the products on offer will appear in the main body of the page. Scroll through, select the product you want and click on "Add to Cart".

You will then be taken to an ordering page, simply insert the quantity you want in the box provided, select your preferred shipping method, and click on recalculate. The total invoice price will be shown.

To add further products simply repeat the process.

When you have selected all the items you require, make sure you have selected your shipping type, press "Checkout" on the top right hand corner of the page.

All goods, (except hampers and where otherwise specified) which are ordered by 2pm will be despatched the same day, subject to the validation of your credit card. As we use outside couriers we cannot be held responsible for deliveries which arrive late. In the event that goods are undelivered or returned to us due to circumstances beyond our control, then no refund will be given. A re-delivery charge may be applicable in some circumstances.

Delivery charges will apply where indicated. There will be no delivery charge if you live within 10 miles of Touchwood, Solihull. We use www.theaa.com to calculate the distance.

Delivery charges will be shown on when you select the delivery service you require (24hour, 48 hour etc.,). Delivery charges subject to VAT.

In the event that your credit card is declined, we will resubmit it weekly for four weeks unless advised by you in writing not to do so. After four weeks, if your card is still declined, we will cancel the order, without further notification.
- No refund will be given if we are unable to deliver the goods for any reason whatsooever. Please ensure that the delivery address including postcode is correct and there will be someone there during 9.00 - 5.00 to accept delivery. If there is not going to be anyone to accept delivery, please provide an alternative address.

Click on the manufacturers name and a list of types of products avaliable from that manufacturer will appear.

- All Domestic Appliances are supplied with a manufacturers 12 months parts and labour return to base warranty. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay transport charges to return the equipment. Call us on 0843 216 2126 and we will givve you details of where the goods are to be returned to.
- Your goods will be repaired or replaced at the manufacturers absolute discretion.
- If in the opinion of the manufacturer, the goods are not faulty, then you will be charged for re-delivery to your address. The goods will not be returned until this charge is paid.
- In the event of a dispute as to whether or not the goods are faulty, the manufacturers decision is final.
