We noticed this back in 2001 when we started selling them.  Ten years on and nothing much has changed.

Using our expertise in filtration we began selling plumbed-in coolers, with a desire to make a difference and in our own small way, we think we have.  

It's only a water cooler.  It doesn't need to be at the top of your list of priorities.  You don't need to spend hours listening to endless presentations.  

We tell prospective customers that our initial consultation should last no more than ten minutes - and it doesn't.

Of course, if you want to listen to someone waffle on for an hour or so about why his cooler is better than everyone else's, then there are plenty of other companies out there who will be more than happy to oblige.
